Data protection
The Friends of Nature Zug Association processes personal data (e.g. in the context of the association’s administration, the organisation of events and the association’s public relations work). In order to meet the requirements of the DSGVO, the following data protection regulations apply to all association members and visitors.

§ 1 General information
The association processes personal data of, among others, members, participants in events and visitors both automatically in computer systems and non-automatically, e.g. in the form of printed lists. In addition, personal data may be published on the Internet (association website).

§ 2 Processing of personal data of members
The association processes the following data: Gender, first name, surname, address (street, house number, postal code, city), date of birth, date of joining the association, if applicable the names and contact details of the legal representatives, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses, if applicable function in the association, if applicable household and family membership in case of allocation to the family contribution. These data can be transmitted to the Regional Association of Naturefriends or the Swiss Association of Naturefriends.

§ 3 Data processing within the framework of public relations
The publication of photos, videos and addresses, e.g. on the Internet (club site) is based exclusively on the oral consent of the persons concerned. This consent can be revoked at any time. The processing of invoices ec. is done by the cashier(s).

§ 4 Responsibilities for data processing in the association
Only the board of directors processes personal data. This usually takes place quarterly, but at least 1x per club year.

§ 5 Use and publication of membership data and lists
Personal data of members may only be disclosed to other members of the association if the consent of the person concerned has been obtained. The use of lists of participants in which participants of meetings and other events register themselves, for example to prove their attendance, is not considered to be such disclosure. If a member makes it credible that he or she needs a membership list for the purpose of exercising his or her rights (e.g. to call a general meeting), the board will provide a copy of the membership list with first name, surname and address as a printout or as a file. The member must confirm beforehand that he/she will use this data exclusively for this purpose and that it will be destroyed after use.

§ 6 Communication by e-mail
Private e-mail accounts are used for e-mail communication. Alternatively, e-mail accounts with the ending “@naturfreundezug.ch” can be assigned.

§ 7 Obligation of confidentiality
All members of the association who handle personal data are obliged to treat personal data confidentially.

§ 8 Data protection officer
As less than 10 persons are employed in the association to process personal data, NO data protection officer is to be appointed.
